Mitch became a CPA in 1989 and founded the firm in 2000. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mitch has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting/Finance from Utah State University.

Prior to founding the firm, Mitch was employed by a Fortune 500 Company. He also worked as an auditor for a regional public accounting firm and for the Defense Contract Audit Agency.

Mitch has over 20 years of experience and has expertise in a range of industries, including healthcare, construction, travel & professional services. His expertise includes small business consulting, mergers & acquisitions, finance and accounting.

Outside the office Mitch and his better half, Jennifer, enjoy spending time at the lake or camping with their three daughters.

Lindsay has five years hands-on experience in accounting and finance. Her journey started as a mail room clerk for a large third party administrator of health insurance where she quickly worked her way up to Director of Finance.

Her accounting knowledge includes payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, prepaids, fixed assets and general ledger. Lindsay also has experience with mergers, acquisitions, intercompany transactions, and annual financial audits. Lindsay is knowledgeable in many industries and adds practical experience to personal service, restaurants, and healthcare/insurance.

She graduated from the University of Utah and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs camping, riding four-wheelers, watching movies, reading, and playing in the sun.
